Theresa Scopel

Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry.   She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston.   After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retails centers.   Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years.   Before joining the Reyes Realty Group, Theresa was employed by Mattress Firm as a Specialist in retail site procurement where she worked with real estate brokers all over the United States to find locations for new stores.

Theresa joined Reyes Realty Group as residential agent and quickly built a reputation as a commercial specialist.   She is now the head of the commercial division for RRG and 2021, 2022 and 2024 Top Producing Agent.   She was also voted Best of Alvin in the Alvin Advertiser for 2023 and 2024.
