A consistent top producer and proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Yvette is not only passionate about real estate but also deeply involved in her community—serving on the ACC Board of Regents and Foundation Board, and as a former President of the Alvin Noon Lions Club. Recognized multiple times as Best Realtor in Alvin/Manvel and an 11+ year recipient of the Five Star Professional Award, Yvette treats each transaction with care and gratitude, always putting her clients' best interests first.

Theresa Scopel, head of our Commercial Division, brings over 30 years of real estate expertise spanning commercial and residential markets. From her early career with Coldwell Banker Commercial to her two-decade tenure with a real estate investment firm, Theresa has developed a sharp eye for high-value properties. Since joining Reyes Realty Group, she has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent in 2021, 2022, and 2024 and voted Best of Alvin in both 2023 and 2024. Her extensive knowledge and strong client relationships make her a driving force behind RRG’s commercial success.

Andy Reyes, Co-Owner and Texas Licensed Broker/Appraiser, has more than 38 years in the real estate industry, with past ownership in multiple national franchises including Re/Max and Prudential. A former Mayor of Alvin and lifelong community advocate, Andy brings unmatched local insight and leadership to the team. His depth of experience spans residential, acreage, rentals, and commercial real estate, making him a trusted resource for clients seeking knowledge and personal attention.
